Data Processing Operations Engineer (Level 2)

Flight Test Data Processing operations in support of the F35 Joint Strike Fighter at Pax River NAS. Responsiblities include: Pre-mission setup of the onboard data system recording systems, Realtime control room file setup, Post-mission data products and the management / configuration control for mission archive. Limited travel will be required to support off-site test mission including some shipboard deployments.
A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Experience/Knowledge with Telemetry system operations
• Experience/Knowledge with one of the following avionics/computer bus data protocols:
o Fire Wire
o Fibre Channel
o Mil Std 1553
- Relevant experience with telemetry systems, PCM data streams, IRIG 106 Standards, or relevant experience with some of the avionics/computer bus data protocols such as: Ethernet, Fibre Channel, Mil Std 1553, ARINC. etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and online communication skills.
- Meticulous process adhesion and professional work ethics.
