The Lockheed Martin Chief Data and Analytics Office is seeking an experienced data architect to support business transformation. This position is for a senior level Data Architect within the Lockheed Martin Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). The successful candidate will serve as the Lead CDAO MBE Data Architect and work closely with the CDAO Chief Architect - to provide integrated and coordinated data strategy and data integration support. This role will coordinate and manage the efforts of CDAO data leads and architects supporting MBE product teams and numerous scrum teams within the MBE product portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for MBE data governance and standards, data integration support from/to multiple product portfolios, data architecture and analytics, and alignment with enterprise data security, quality, and retention strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support data and analytics architecture decomposition assessments and design decisions for the Lockheed Martin business transformation program, focusing on MBE.
• Define and drive enterprise-level data architecture and analytics standards and requirements to support business process and system transformations in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Data Standards Product Owner identifying work scope, create a roadmap for execution design, development, and implementation, direct team resources.
• Coordinate with data architects and analysts to define and develop enterprise-wide data domains, support data domain stewards, and consult across the enterprise on federated data architecture solutions.
• Apply systems engineering and project management disciplines to data strategy implementation and operations
• Coordinate with data team members to support data strategy implementation activities such as data governance, data management, metadata management, data security, data quality, and data interoperability.
• Work to engage deeply with stakeholder community of focus - business and technical partners leading and aligned with the portfolio - to understand and contribute towards strategic goals and milestones
• Work with CDAO architects and technical teams to develop outcome driven roadmaps that articulate CDAO strategy to achieve program outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven data architect experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Data architect experience with MBE.

Systems engineering and systems architecture experience.

Experience harmonizing data and integrating systems across multiple business areas and functions.

Experience building and communicating technical and functional roadmaps.

Experience with data governance standards and practices.

Experience with Project Management and/or project coordination with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Progressive experience managing/leading IT projects and programs, including experience with enterprise architecture, enterprise IT development and/or digital transformation initiatives.

US Citizenship is required for this role due to specific system access
Desired Skills:
Proven experience with defining and implementing data and information architecture.

Basic understanding and experience modeling systems in SysML, using No Magic Cameo or similar tool.

Proven data architecture experience with Engineering / PLM to Operations / ERP digital threads.

Experience with SAP S4/HANA (ERP), PTC Windchill (PLM), Siemens Team Center (PLM), Dassault 3D Experience (PLM) or iBASEt Solumina (MES).

Experience with Industry Data Standards (STEP, Meta Data Standards Open Applications Group Integration Specification (OAGIS), etc.)

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) techniques and platforms.

Experience with Extract, Transfer, and Load (ETL) and Data Engineering.

Experience with SAP data tools/platforms such as Master Data Governance (MDG), Information Steward, HANA, Data Services, etc.

Experience with data catalog and business glossary platforms.

Experience with System of Systems (SoS) architecture.

Experience presenting at reviews with Customers and/or Senior Leadership.

Proven stakeholder engagement experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $148,200 - $279,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
