Cyber Security Engineer
Description: Support classified systems engineering efforts in the C2
Systems/DogPatch business area. The candidate will provide guidance and technical leadership solutions related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) transition to internal and external customers for security architecture, assessments, trade studies and certification & accreditation (C&A). The candidate will provide the technical support to the multiple programs by ensuring the program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and delivery, and the customer achieves mission success milestones.
The C2 Systems business area supports multiple programs and additional study and IRAD efforts. C2 Systems develops highly reliable shelterized and fixed facility command and control systems. These systems demand integration of high-end COTS and custom hardware, interfacing to complex communications systems, and support demanding environmental conditions in fixed-facility and transportable configurations.
This position is for an individual who can perform Information Assurance tasks to support the Information Assurance team as part of the C2 Ground Program.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

•Process Definition and Improvement •Experience with A&A Package Development
•Experience with HBSS, ACAS, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC),
DISA STIGs, splunk, etc •Experience with JSIG/RMF
•Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD
Information Systems. •Experience with RHEL
• Experience in Information Assurance with range and emphasis
in one or more of the following:
ICD 503, DIACAP, JSIG, RMF, IA documentation, vulnerability scanning tools, penetration testing.
• Microsoft Tools Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
