In support of this objective, we are seeking a high energy contract negotiator.
Candidate must have the ability to provide guidance and add expertise to a staff of Contract professionals. In this role you will have responsibility for a full range of Contract Management activities including identification and management of contractual/performance issues, contract strategies, negotiations, and contract close-out.
Candidate must be comfortable working all contract types (FFP, FPI, CPAF/IF, OTA, T&M, IDIQ) and fee arrangements.
Position will have significant interface with Intelligence Community customers and internal management. You will have the opportunity to exercise initiative and independent actions.

Basic qualifications (BQ's) are the minimum requirements for a candidate to be considered for a position, 3 to 5 BQs are most effective.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• 5+ years of experience in negotiating and managing US Government contracts (FAR/DFARs)
• Experience managing the negotiations, administration, extension, termination and re-negotiations of all standard and nonstandard contracts
• Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and performing contract risk analysis
• Demonstrated experience with briefing Leadership on program status and contractual issues
• Ability to guide strategic activities and experience in multiple fee arrangements
• Strong positive customer relations track record
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
