Configuration and Data Management Manager

Description: Lead the THAAD Configuration and Data Management organization in Sunnyvale. Oversee Configuration and Data Management process flowdown and implementation. Define, implement, manage, analyze and improve processes and tools that meet contractual and company requirements and policies. Participate in proposal activities. Oversee software configuration management activities. Oversee Configuration and Data Management team activities including tasks, work assignments, projects, time charging, and special assignments. Provide input to THAAD and Functional Management on Configuration and Data Management performance to contractual baselines, metrics, organizational structure, performance, and hiring. Interface with THAAD Management, Functional Management, and Customer personnel. Perform Configuration and Data Management activities such as board chair, engineering release, audit, CIPs changes, and proposal activity.
