Communications Intern

The Sikorsky Army & Air Force Systems Communications team is seeking an intern majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or English. If you are a strong writer, enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and are highly motivated, this may be an opportunity for you. The internship will involve developing and executing communications plans; working across the Communications organization to coordinate internal, external, social, and digital media and content; developing an understanding of Sikorsky Army and Air Force programs; and creating content to tell our story. This is an intern position located in Stratford, CT.

Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Communication or related discipline from an accredited University.

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Desired skills
Must be a strong writer, who is computer savvy and has experience using Microsoft Office. Must be a motivated self-starter who meets deadlines, maintains steady performance under pressure and has the ability to multi-task. Must have strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
