Business Development Analyst

Description: The Lockheed Martin Corporate Business Development (CBD) team is looking for a highly motivated individual to work integration efforts across the CBD organization. The role will provide business development support across each of the areas of CBD to include Campaign Excellence, Decision Support, Organize Train & Equip, and Operations & Support.

The selected individual will have the opportunity to support focus program activities, Competitive Intelligence / Position-To-Win, and Business Development training initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through senior leadership. Additionally, the position will provide support to domestic and international trade shows and support the corporate consulting services team on execution of business development consulting agreements and other key improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the process.

Outside of these core responsibilities, the individual will have the opportunity to assist senior leadership with business development initiatives that stretch across the corporate business development organization and the broader corporation such as enterprise risk management, business development data analytics, enterprise opportunity management system, CBD storefront.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Business Development Analyst to grow and get exposed to the entire business development function in working across Business Areas and with other functions.

The Business Development Analyst will work with a team of forward-think professionals! Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Desired Skills: •Experience working on campaigns inside the Business Area

•Experience coordinating across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas
•Lockheed Martin business development experience

•Experience demonstrating effective communication skills; capable of effectively communicating across a multitude of functional areas

•Experience in developing and delivering high-quality executive level communications and presentations

•Strong proficiency of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

•Experience using data analytics to drive improved decision making

•Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in deadline intensive environment.
