Antenna and RF Subsystems Design Engineer

This position is for a talented engineer to report directly to the Manager, Antenna and RF Subsystem Design and will be expected to meet or exceed project milestones within the technical/cost/schedule scope of the assigned project. The engineer will significantly contribute to the design and development of antennas, phased array antennas, active electronic steerable arrays, and associated distribution/architectures for RADAR and other military systems that span the Lockheed Martin RMS lines of business. This includes leading teams, interfacing to customers, earned value management, architecture development, performing detailed analysis, component selection, schematic creation, and supporting build/test of the designed antennas and RF Subsystems.
Desired Skills: - Familiarity with antennas, phased arrays, advanced receivers, exciters, synthesizers and analog signal processing subsystems for RADAR and other military systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or a related field.
- RF and mixed-signal experience for mission critical military applications required.
- Demonstrated experience managing requirements, maintaining budgets, performing detailed analysis, component selection, schematic creation, and supporting build/test of antennas and RF subsystems.
- Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance.
