Reporting to the ALIS Activation & Operations Senior Program Manager for the F-35 program, the ALIS Activation & Network Project Manager will, in support of the Program Manager(s), facilitate the status of projects, budgets, schedule and technical for all F-35 site activations where the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Software, Hardware, and Administrators are deployed. As the leader of ALIS Site Activation, the selected candidate must exhibit proven communication, leadership, and day-to-day management skills in a high-tempo, rapidly changing, and military environment. The selected candidate will be required to interact regularly with JSF Program Office (JPO), Lockheed Martin Country and Sustainment Managers, and Warfighter/service leadership.

Responsibilities include ensuring that all ALIS contractual requirements are satisfied to include cost, technical, and schedule. Additional responsibilities include meeting all operational program milestones, such as: site activations, country circuit standups, gov't network/interoperability of ALIS, and maintaining customer relationships. The manager will also be responsible for assessing program risks and identifying potential opportunities, collecting metrics, answering Requests For Information (RFIs), supporting new proposals and resolving complex program issues. This position will also present program status and attend meetings with internal/external customers to provide current program plans and status.

Provide overall planning, organization, control, and integration for ALIS Site Activation activities
Ensure program meets or exceeds program goals and objectives
Maintain and monitor program metrics to identify deficiencies, establish root causes and implement corrective actions to achieve all program cost, schedule, and technical objectives
Identify and implement areas of process improvements for program policies and procedures
Prepare for and participate in Monthly/Quarterly program reviews
Provide weekly status reports to senior program management and customer representatives
Support new contract proposals
Perform as Cost Account Manager (CAM)

This position will have a direct relationship with the customer, and will frequently engage with various program stakeholders across the F-35 enterprise. The position requires travel to enterprise LM and F-35 facilities/customer sites. Must be willing and able to travel both OCONUS and CONUS to meet mission requirements. Due to the global support footprint of the team, this candidate will be required to flex his/her work schedule at times to support the mission.
Desired Skills:  Working knowledge of fifth generation fighter jet sortie generation lifecycle maintenance, supply, and mission planning/debrief processes
Managing classified/unclassified, large scale, complex enterprise-level IT systems
Demonstrated knowledge of Program Performance Management Process, Service Life-cycles and related processes
Managed a staff working within the Integrated Product Team
Systems engineering experience on major development program
Integration expertise is desirable pertaining to the full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and software development
Experience supporting bids and proposals
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
At least 5 years' experience leading a complex project and/or team
Experience managing customer relationships (Program Office / External Customers)
Proven Information Technology and Project Management experience
Excellent and proven communication skills to all levels of the organization
Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
Prior leadership experience with strong Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) tendencies
Prior Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
Prior experience with international customers and contracts
