Aircraft Operations Analyst Senior

Description: This position is part of the team supporting Lockheed Martin F-35 aircraft maintenance operations at Beaufort Marine Corp Air Station, SC. The selected individual will be aligned under the Lockheed Martin aircraft maintenance management team. Will monitor the day-to-day F-35 maintenance and flight operations. Analyzes trends and deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, material consumption, scheduling, management, and resources and their impact on the maintenance mission as well as the results of corrective actions. Prepares visual media for analysis studies to include the monthly Health-of-The-Fleet meeting. Using statistical techniques, interprets findings from data, identifies trends and significant deviations, and recommends corrective action. Prepares written reports and special studies, and presents recommendations and briefings to senior managers. Observes Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) for work performed by maintenance personnel to include back shop agencies. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must have at least an Interim Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- F-35 or Fifth Generation aircraft maintenance experience.
- MS Access
-- Experience and knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) or Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS)
- Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Training Management System (TMS), Quality, or Security programs.
- Knowledge of USAF AFI 21-101 or Navy/Marine Corps 4790.
- Understanding of USAF /Navy / Marine Corps Flight line Maintenance Practices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 4 years of 7-skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS aircraft maintenance discipline or data analysis experience in the aviation / aerospace industry
Expert-level experience creating and developing presentations in Microsoft Office products, to include creating metric charts, specifically Excel, PowerPoint.
Experienced at developing and presenting high-level briefings and presentations.
Must have at least an Interim Secret Security Clearance.
