Summary: This position will be responsible for supervising of the warehouse outbound operations processes and responsible for supervising the work flow throughout the shift, meeting time commitments set forth by the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Schedules and assigned tasks for dock planning and setup.
•Trains new dock checker employees and counsels dock personnel with feedback, coaching and discipline as needed for improved job performance.
•Working with the team to drive productivity.
•Demonstrated ability to manage productivity and/or performance goals
•Creates and maintains a teamwork environment with employees.
•Must be able to function in a quick moving, highly interactive team environment.
•Must be able to perform without specific daily direction.
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
•Be able to comply with company employee handbook
•Able to operate radio frequency equipment
•Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards
•Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety
•Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor
•Meet company standards for productivity

Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to two years of related experience in forklift operation.

Skills and Qualifications: A positive and pleasant personality, verbal communication, professionalism, sensitivity to confidential matters, organization team work.

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Math Ability: Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates and Training: This job has no certification requirements.
