Position Summary Customer Service Pick Up Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems and maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Ensures all customers receive excellent customer service
• Main point of contact for customers.
• Continuously improve processes and workflow in our customer service area.
• Valuable member of the CPU.
• Able to operate radio frequency equipment.
• Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
• Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor.
• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Meet company standards for productivity

• Up to 1 year(s) of related experience in forklift operation.
