Our Employee Experience team is designed to connect our employees and build community through shared experiences. Our initiatives are focused on celebrating the uniqueness of LiveRampers and the wins of our team.
We’re looking for a go-getter who is passionate and excited about the future of hybrid events, creatively resourceful (for both in-office and virtual events), enjoys working as part of a team, and will actively roll up their sleeves to get stuff done. Success in this role will also include getting to know the LiveRamp community in order to design experiences that are tailored and meaningful to our employees.
Events are not always glamorous (moving tables, cleaning up after events, reconciling payments, etc), but the influence and benefits of events are impactful and important. You have the ability to bring people together, create a community, see people express their individuality, and connect people during a time where in-person relationship building is limited.
You will:
- Support the Employee Experience Ops Lead in the planning, setup, breakdown, and vendor payments for [SF office and virtual] events including Townhall, happy hours, etc.
- Create digital collateral and event communications (i.e., design and send a variety of invites, newsletters, event surveys)
- Follow LiveRamp payment policies to manage payments, and make sure vendors are paid on-time
- Be a key player in LiveRamp’s largest employee event (virtual summer event) - supporting from event design and vendor sourcing all the way through execution
- May be pulled to support various projects for WE Events in other LiveRamp offices

Workplace Experience (WE) is one of the most visible and impactful teams at LiveRamp - we are the team dedicated to creating a workplace and workspace that fuels LiveRampers to do their best work. The experiences we create affect every person at LiveRamp (1,300+ globally!)
The Employee Experience side of WE is intended to bring together busy people from different locations and teams, and facilitate community and an opportunity to celebrate their hard work.
About you:
- Undergrad student or recent graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience planning and executing events
- Able to coordinate multiple work streams, projects, and events at one time
- Experience creating event collateral - ie event brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc
- Self-starter, and eager to learn
- The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times; This person may likely engage with with company leaders including C-Suite executives
- Quick learner and adopter of tools (Canva, Constant Contact, and Smartsheets)
- Expert level at all things Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently with little direction
- Loves documentation, nitpicking details, and organization
- Flexible start May through June; through August - typically 40 hours a week with some flexibility
Bonus Points:
- A degree in Hospitality Management with focus on Events or Marketing
- Experience using Canva, Constant Contact, and SmartSheets
