RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow some of our largest and most strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to develop program solutions that expand and deepen these relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities where LiveRamp can add value with these strategic partners.
  • Contribute towards building a great company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-8 years customer success manager experience.
  • Enterprise or Strategic account management experience a plus
  • AdTech experience preferred
  • Great communication skills both internally and externally. You are punctual and always answer emails and calls within 12 hours.
  • Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial.
  • Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
  • Desire to work in New York. We will relocate you if necessary.
