Enterprise Account Executive - New York

Job Description
As the Account Executive in our New York territory, you will work closely with Lithium's focus accounts in order to drive new business. The successful candidate will understand a customer's definition of business value and be able to provide consultative strategies regarding the customer's business goals via digital transformation plans. The ideal candidate is high-energy with a strong interest in helping the world's most iconic brands better engage with their customers through digital customer care.


  • Drive new business and sell into net new logos
  • Define and execute social business initiatives that result in business value from Lithium products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customer and work closely with the Lithium management team to ensure strategy and delivery stays on target with measurable objectives
  • Develop thought leadership around the social business landscape
  • Develop business models utilizing customer and Lithium proprietary data
  • Collaborate with a team of resources to successfully fulfill objectives

  • 3+ years in a sales related or account management role
  • Able to travel up to 50%
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and account development skills
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and operational discipline
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical capacity
  • Confident in public speaking and technical competency
  • Positive attitude and a desire to win

Candidate must be located in New York City or Jersey City.
