Portfolio Analyst

You will conduct full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Anticipate the data and reporting which will be most useful to senior leadership in Sales & Marketing
• Take initiative to pursue analysis leading to actionable intelligence
• Provide territory potential, coverage, and planning support analysis
• Filter and “clean” data, and review existing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to modify, enhance, and develop new reports
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
• Track and report on product sales performance; prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Learn and grow knowledge base of the brand, industry, business, products, and services
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional market analysis, research and segmentation skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be adept at prioritizing and troubleshooting projects while clearly communicating progress
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• An ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
• A self-starter that stays motivated and likes complexity
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and dedication are required

• 2 or more years of experience analyzing business requirements, process, and workflows
• Working knowledge of sales and marketing functions and processes
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Experience collaborating with different teams to get the job done
• Outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and creativity
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record for working on multiple projects simultaneously

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science Information Management or Statistics
