More specifically, we are seeking an engineer who has the capability to create and maintain integrations between our internal systems, work on new product development, and improve customer experience and enablement through product enhancements. Additionally, we're seeking someone who not only has the technical knowhow, but who can also bring new technical solutions to our teams, contribute to the design and planning of projects, and elevate their peers through technical mentorship.

Technologies
Outlined below are skills and technologies used by some of our teams. We don't expect you to have experience with all of these, but rather want to set proper expectations and find a talented software engineer who can be adaptable to our systems, but also bring new ideas to us through their technical influence:
- Operating System: Linux, preferably Debian derived distributions
- Programming Languages: Python, Golang, Bash, ColdFusion
- ORM & Tools: SQLAlchemy, Flask, Django, common unit testing frameworks
- DevOps Tools: General CI/CD and related principles
- Version Control: Git
- Database: SQL
- Tech Fundamentals: understanding of basic networking and system administration
Must Haves
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development
- Ability to design new features and integrate third party APIs
- Experience influencing technology and software architecture decisions
- Experience deploying and operating production systems
- Experience working with high-volume relational databases
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and balance multiple concurrent projects
Nice to have
- Ownership of versioning, deployment and/or critical maintenance of a production environment
- Exposure to monitoring tools
- Basic system administration and network administration experience
- Experience working for a hosting company, IaaS, or PaaS provider
- Contributions to open-source projects as well as public personal projects

- Competitive salary: It all begins with fair compensation. We believe in paying people well and rewarding those who go the extra mile. The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 to $110,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary could vary outside of this range based on your specific skills and experience. Employees may also qualify for a bonus on top of base salary depending on company and individual performance.
