3 days ago New York, NY

Position: Product Lead - Data Platform

Department: Digital Experience & Technology

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Reports To: Chief Technology & Digital Officer (CTDO)

About Lincoln Center:

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is a global home for music, dance, theater, film, and culture. We steward a 16-acre campus in New York City, collaborate with leading resident arts organizations, and connect millions of people to the arts each year. We are building a modern digital foundation that expands access to culture, deepens relationships with audiences, and supports new creative frontiers.

Role Overview:

Lincoln Center is seeking a Product Lead - Data Platform to build the foundation that powers insight, personalization, and operational excellence across the institution. Reporting directly to the CTDO, you will lead the product strategy for a unified data platform that brings together information across ticketing, CRM, marketing, membership, fundraising, campus operations, and digital engagement.

This role is a cornerstone of Lincoln Center's digital transformation. You will define how data becomes a strategic advantage, unlocking real-time intelligence, powering personalized patron experiences, enabling responsible AI, and supporting revenue and mission growth. You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Advancement, Business Operations, Resident Organizations, and Technology to build a scalable, trusted, and accessible data ecosystem.

What you'll get to do here:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for Lincoln Center's enterprise Data Platform.
  • Lead the evolution of centralized data architecture, pipelines, governance, and analytics capabilities.
  • Build and prioritize a backlog that supports high-value use cases: patron insights, segmentation, campaign performance, membership funnels, ticketing trends, donor analytics, and operational reporting.
  • Drive the creation of a single source of truth across systems like Tessitura, analytics and digital platforms.
  • Define and deliver high-impact data products such as dashboards, audience cohorts, event performance models, and decision-support tools.
  • Establish data quality, observability, and trust metrics across the organization.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to build scalable real-time and batch pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Advancement, Finance, and Programming to unlock measurable business and mission outcomes.
  • Evangelize a data-driven culture across Lincoln Center making insights discoverable, accessible, and actionable.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of product managers and analysts as the platform scales.

You are:

  • A strategic thinker who sees data as a product, not a project.
  • Equally comfortable discussing data models, business strategy, and user experience.
  • Highly collaborative, able to bring clarity to complexity and drive alignment.
  • Passionate about building platforms with measurable outcomes.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and driven by mission as much as impact.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of product management experience, including data platform or data product ownership.
  • Experience building analytics, data pipelines, BI platforms, or ML-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of modern data stack concepts (ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, lakehouse architecture, data governance).
  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, BigQuery, Airflow, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to partner with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills and able to align executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer products, media, ticketing, or CRM a plus.
  • Bonus:
  • Familiarity with Tessitura, Salesforce, or nonprofit fundraising systems.
  • Experience building customer data platforms (CDP) or segmentation systems.
  • Experience applying analytics and data for audience growth or personalization.
