Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.

Interns placed in the Individual Giving team will support fundraising efforts across donor engagement, communications, and stewardship. Learn more about the program at LincolnCenter.org/Internship.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Support the development and implementation of fundraising communication strategies
  • Collaborate on creative projects that support the full membership journey: awareness, acquisition, stewardship, and renewal
  • Assist with the copywriting and design of both print and digital campaigns
  • Audit and maintain the library of assets related to the Membership program (e.g., letter templates, donation forms, print collateral, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on engagement and conversion metrics

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are:

  • A rising college junior or senior, or graduate student with at least two years of coursework completed
  • Based in New York City or the Greater NYC area and available to work in person
  • Able to commit to working in person, 20 hours per week from September to December 2025, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and occasional evenings to support donor events.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized - this is key to success in the role
  • A strong communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Personally invested in the arts, leadership, and community engagement
  • Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
  • Familiar with mass email platforms and data analysis tools is a plus
