Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.

Interns gain access to:

• Meaningful in-person work experience in the arts and culture sector
• Professional development workshops focused on career readiness

• A Conversation Series featuring leaders across Lincoln Center
• Access to special events that reflect Lincoln Center's mission as the world's leading performing arts center

What you'll get to do:

• Support the Performance & Campus Operations team on construction drawing management
• Organize construction drawings and specifications
• Update drawing files in AutoCAD
• Assist with maintaining and preparing technical documents for facilities and operations needs
• Contribute to project coordination and documentation workflows

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are a 4th- or 5th-year student in architectural or engineering studies
• Are based in New York City or the Greater NYC area
• Are available to work 21hours per week from February-May 2026
• Have strong AutoCAD skills
• Have experience with construction drawings or technical drafting preferred
• Are available Wednesdays to participate in internship program workshops
• Are a self-starter who also thrives in team environments
• Have a passion for the arts, leadership, and community impact
• Exemplify teamwork, organization, innovation, resilience, inclusivity, and enthusiasm
