Field Installation Project Coordinator, temp to hire

We are seeking a temporary highly-organized and schedule-driven Field Installation Project Coordinator to assist the Field Operations Lead and Field Installation teams for Leyard and Planar products. This position is responsible for administrative support of overall project coordination, securing necessary documentation and providing other related support.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage training certificates
  • Create initial calendar events and add Sales order
  • Move calendar invites to Salesforce once the service call has been invoiced and/or completed
  • Request site documentation from the Inside Sales team
  • Assist RMA team in tracking down install spares
  • Create RMAs for install spares
  • Follow up with Field Installation Technicians for post-installation notes and send email for invoicing to operations
  • Back up the Field Operations Lead, when necessary, for scheduling requests and fielding questions
  • Assist with other related administrative duties

  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, customer service, time management, and decision-making skills essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate appropriate information to customers and team members in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize high volume of projects
  • Process-driven with demonstrated ability to create, implement and follow processes
  • Proven effectiveness when working under pressure
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
  • Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems essential
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English

What You'll Need to Bring:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent specializing in Business Management or related area
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support
  • Experience coordinating multi-site projects desired
  • Experience with Salesforce desired
