THE CHALLENGE
Lever solves the #1 challenge for every company: hiring top talent. Recruiting is a hot market, growing 12-15% y/y on its own, and Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever are in high demand. We’ve already attracted an elite roster of customers including Netflix, Lyft, Yelp, Cirque du Soleil and Eventbrite, and we’re just getting started.

Lever is the only hiring software that is mobilizing the entire company to collaborate on hiring. Built on the technology that allows real-time collaboration in the Google Suite (our Co-Founder developed the technology, after all), we can support a true partnership between recruiters and managers. We’re able to make hiring faster, higher-quality, and more embedded into a company’s core culture.

We just closed our Series C, bringing our total funding to $70M, and now need to scale our Sales organization to keep up with demand. We’re looking for Account Executives with a passion for tech, entrepreneurial ambition, and most importantly, deep sales expertise (bonus points for experience selling SaaS). Account Executives at Lever are confident running high-volume pipelines in dynamic, quick-moving, and rapidly changing environments. You’ll need to be able to remove your own roadblocks and invent alternative methodologies that open up new pathways forward. As a fast-growing startup, AEs who can hustle and collaborate with their team have plenty of chances to demonstrate and expand their capabilities and build their careers at Lever. THE TEAM
Lever’s Sales organization is a tight-knit team with diverse backgrounds--we’re seasoned salespeople, whip-smart new grads, and even a few former recruiters. We’re responsible for partnering with companies of all kinds, from tech startups to world-famous traveling circuses and global non-profits, to make them successful and help them make hiring more strategic, collaborative, and human. 

THE SKILL SET

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably at a SaaS technology company
  • Tech savvy: you’ll master the Lever product, know the features inside and out, understand the industry, and be able to articulate Lever’s value to recruiters, VPs and CEOs alike
  • Proven track record of closing sales opportunities and exceeding your quota
  • Collaborate with Product teammates to share feedback from customers and help shape the future of Lever
  • Experience with high growth companies and the ability to find clarity in rapidly changing environments
