Summary
Our product enables a high volume real-time set of payment transactions that can be configured to support a variety of customer environments. This client facing role will partner with other LevelUp customer facing teams to maximize customer experience and growth on the LevelUp platform while ensuring the highest levels of financial integrity. This new finance position will provide full-time support to address the financial operations needs of our rapidly growing customer base. Responsibilities start with pre-sales support and run through launch and continuing operations. The ideal candidate blends an outstanding set of customer interaction skills with a passion for implementing scalable process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Finance lead for the life cycle of customers needs
  • Expert financial operations resource for pre-sales and client kick-off calls (able to explain product capabilities in the context of different customer environments)
  • Flexibly support client specific launch needs and then integrate that learning to continuously enhance process effectiveness
  • Escalation point for customer financial questions
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to proactively solve client issues and recommend feature enhancements
  • Identify and automate key metrics to accelerate client adoption and highlight attention areas
  • Manage systematic billing to ensure the process is timely and accurate

Experience/Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a high tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or operations from a reputable school
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to deliver timely and accurate product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Aptitude and desire to use reporting tools (e.g. SQL) to improve business processes
  • Excellent communication skills. Good listener, capable of understanding client issues and translating them into an appropriate solution
  • Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
  • Analytical skills to make and support business decisions
  • Super Smart – Highly versatile thinker who can assimilate knowledge and understanding across different products, technologies, disciplines, etc.
  • Flexible and Resourceful – Thrives in a dynamic, growth business where new challenges are the order of the day
