WHO YOU ARE:

The Services Consultant is responsible for solution selling and the strategic growth of Levs current customer base. Along with the Client Success Partner, develop account level strategy, build customer relationships, and manage channel oversight with the objectives of:
  • Owning a book of business/portfolio of accounts to grow
  • Understanding the customers goals/KPIs
  • Understanding how to pair Salesforce technology to meet customer needs
  • Understanding how to pair Levs consulting expertise to meet customer needs
  • Development of, selling and tracking Lev projects and programs to ensure success with sold solutions
The Services Consultant will have a keen ability to see the customers potential and know how to solve problems using Salesforce technology. You will find success in this role if you are inherently curious, enjoy storytelling, working in a team environment to solve problems, have a strong technical acumen, and are able to drive toward very concrete, quota-based goals.

WHAT YOULL DO:
  • Participate in and lead alongside the Client Success Partner, Quarterly Business Reviews, roadmapping, and more to build clear consensus around ROI
    • Must be closely aligned with the Client Success Partner with strong rapport to both collaborate and own their own workstream
  • Develop prospecting plan(s) alongside a customer roadmap to show how growth will be achieved
  • Lead and close all upsell and cross sell opportunities within the current client relationship, as well as growth within new client business units
  • Solution and manage existing business opportunities
    • Understand how to estimate the cost and amount of time it takes to achieve desired customer results
  • Manage your business within CRM, create proposals, SOWs and drive for customers' signatures
  • Keep Client Success Partners informed of growth activities and account plans, and stay abreast of delivery team activities that could or will impact growth opportunities
  • Monitor hours used in current projects to anticipate renewal timing and plan accordingly
  • Adhere to required minimums to reduce and eliminate fractionalized resourcing, including assessing legacy clients and crafting an opportunity to upsell or cross sell to achieve current minimums upon their next renewal
  • Analyze status quo (people, process, and technology), and develop recommendations for improvement (short, medium, and long term)
  • Continuously evaluate and consider the best delivery model and mix of consultant roles during each upsell and renewal opportunity to ensure customer success
  • Provide a seamless and effective handoff from the sales process to the delivery team following each renewal and upsell opportunity
  • Collaborate and co-sell with channel and client third party partners, including but not limited to Salesforce and Cognizant
  • Maintain awareness of Lev-delivered value, KPIs achieved, and technical solutions designed and implemented in order to share feedback with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, New Business Sales, and Delivery
  • Respond to RFPs
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with sales practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management
  • Experience growing and managing customer relationships
  • Experience working in the MarTech ecosystem (ie, DX - Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce) and/or a related agency
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
