We are the team members of Le Pain Quotidien and we are currently searching for passionate, high energy Pastry Bakers to join our team. We need you to help us create meaningful connections with our guests by helping us prepare and bake our pastries at our Production facilities - where it all starts! We are building for our future and hope to have you join us on this journey. If you're passionate about food, health and Le Pain Quotidien, we want to hear from you! Your ability to follow recipes to ensure consistency in our pastries and other baked goods is just what we need!

Our Pastry Bakers are responsible for preparing doughs for pastries, cookies, pies, tarts, and other baked products according to LPQ specifications and recipes. You will be making pie fillings, puddings, and custards to accompany our baked goods. You will work with ovens and mixers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards.
Position Requirements are:
- High School Diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of related experience or trainin
- Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Previous kitchen experience, including knife skills, a plus
