We are currently searching for a General Manager who can bring their experience to our communal table and adapt it to help us grow our brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, developing talent, and exceeding expectations! Specifically, an LPQ General Manager will oversee one restaurant. The GM is the leader of the restaurant and the face of our brand. They are responsible for maintaining the highest standards regarding team member experience and development, guest experience, and financial results. A successful General Manager at LPQ must be as comfortable leading the retail and serving teams as they are picking up an apron and supporting our kitchen teams.

  • effectively navigate a P&L-knowing how to translate financial reports and what "levers to pull" in order to maximize profit
  • effectively assess, hire and train talent to flawlessly execute their roles and deliver a brand-worthy experience for our guests

General Manager

Jaqueline first joined the company as a barista and quickly moved up to help train and manage other employees at various outposts around New York City, including Central Park, Lincoln Center, and Bryant Park. She now runs Le Pain Quotidien’s restaurant in SoHo.

Stanley K.

U.S. Director Of People Operations

Stanley is responsible for overseeing the learning and development of all U.S. employees, from the corporate office to individual restaurants. He helps guide people through trainings, promotions, and movement within the company.
