PURPOSE

The Coffee and Beverage Trainer will be responsible for implementation of program in the restaurants, helping new baristas and train all staff members, assist in all new openings, quality control sites.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years of experience as a Barista in high volume coffee shops
  • 2 years of experience as a Trainer in the coffee industry
  • Extensive latte art
  • Purchasing experience
  • NYC Food Handler License
  • Attentive personality
