Manage globally distributed team of 8 associates (Software Quality Assurance Engineers), to provide Mentoring, Professional development and support. Manage various quality initiatives, testing projects simultaneously, which may have different testing requirements and processes. Present an aggregate view of testing utilization to high level management. Engage in efforts and activities that focus on continual improvement of testing methodologies in an Agile delivery environment. Research, Evaluate, design, develop, and maintain modular, data-driven API/UI hybrid test automation architectural solutions for various technology stacks, including Web (RWD), Desktop, and Mobile - Selenium, Robot, Python, Appium, Postman, BrowserStack. Define and document Standards, guidelines and best practices in JIRA/ Confluence to improve quality and consistency across the scrum teams. Drive Automation of web application and API tests to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline - Gitstash, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. Responsible to maintain Smoke, Integration, Acceptance and regression test suites for Manual and Automated testing. Strategize and manage various quality initiatives, testing projects simultaneously - Mobile, Responsive Web Design, Automated Testing, Accessibility testing. Drive the initiatives to incorporate new technologies and tools into STLC - Level Access, Postman, Browsertack. Define, develop, and maintain metrics and reporting templates from JIRA & Zephyr to present an aggregate view of quality to high level management. Facilitate inner-team communication across many agile projects within an organization. Act as a stakeholder for product owner and provide advice regarding quality.
Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree
  • 8 years of experience.
Benefits
  • 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
  • $155,168.00 per year, including benefits.
