THE ROLE:

The Salesforce System Administrator will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on Salesforce updates, provide training, and more.

You have a customer service-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn, grow, develop and evangelize Salesforce technology across the organization.   

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage changes to the system by partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to identify opportunities to make thoughtful improvements to business processes, policies, and system tools.
  • Proactively gather feedback from users to continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
  • Leverage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, systems integrations and other system configuration options.
  • Design and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in SFDC, ISDC and Zendesk for CX leaders and their teams.
  • Work closely with the data analyst on the team to proactively discover business insights to develop business recommendations and monitor team/program health/progress.
  • Document company processes and workflows.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for SFDC, ISDC, Zendesk and other CX system related issues and independently resolve or escalate cases as necessary.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years experience Salesforce administration experience. SFDC Admin Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Strong analytical skills and thrives in a data rich environment; skilled in Excel
  • Highly detail oriented with an ability to review data, catch and remedy data integrity issues.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
