Security & Safety Program Associate

As a Security & Safety Program Associate, you'll be part of a growing team that sits within our facilities organization. Your responsibilities will include all physical security and safety matters and programs. You'll report into the Sr Manager of Security & Safety.


Badging Administration

  • Process badge requests
  • Perform badging audits and run monthly reports including Envoy visitor stats
  • Take photos and print badges via S2 Access Control System
  • Track and inventory badging supplies
  • Send activation and deactivation requests to property management

Emergency Response Team Program Administration

  • Assessment of facilities and related metrics to determine ERT membership and distribution needs
  • Maintain and audit ERT and Safety equipment and training supplies
  • Coordinate regular ERT member meetings and team communications
  • Maintain ERT and SAS training calendar within LCU
  • Physical ERT response as needed
  • Maintain relationships with SAS vendors

Space Planning Support

  • Perform monthly floor walks of each floor to ensure occupancy plans are accurate and update FM Systems with any changes identified on the floor walks
  • Communicate with CAFM Lead and Occupancy Planner on changes made to space occupancy/vacancies in a timely manner


  • 1-3 years of experience with security and safety related programs
  • Understanding of access control system programs
  • Deep understanding of vendor, procurement and budget management
  • Ability to multitask multiple projects at a time
  • Good organizational skills to track projects and system issues
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, understanding each team's requirements
  • Security mindset, with security background
  • Windows and Mac knowledge
  • Excel, Word, Power Point knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written skills
