Marketing Technologist (MarTech)

We are looking for a Marketing Technologist to assist with the selection and implementation of digital marketing technologies. In this position, you will be responsible for aligning marketing technology with business goals, helping create an end-to-end integrated marketing stack by; serving as a liaison to security, evaluating and choosing technology providers, and implementing applications.

Responsibilities:

This is a position for a highly analytical, technically minded, self-motivated individual who will be working closely with the Data organization and the Marketing Business teams:

  • Understand best practice marketing processes and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business
  • Help design and implement a fully integrated marketing stack to drive closed loop reporting
  • Help select, configure, and integrate marketing technology solutions, such as: planning and budgeting, project management and workflow tools, and content management systems
  • Build, configure, and support core system integrations (Google Analytics, Adobe, SFMC)
  • Ensure Marketing technology products meet Security and legal requirements
  • Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate the usefulness of software solutions to marketing initiatives
  • Serve as internal contact for marketing data with a focus on implementation support, tagging and configuration
  • Propose and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of systems and data
  • Collaborate with Marketing partners
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and advise management on their implications for the organization
  • Support marketing team with insights on key metrics, analysis and interpretation of trends from data

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing marketing technology
  • Experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications
  • System configuration and administration experience
  • Skills in Marketing automation, CRM and IMM best practices
  • Skills in Adobe Analytics, Google analytics, SFMC or other technologies
  • Experience with working within an analytics or business intelligence environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills to create data-driven insights
  • Experience using JIRA & Confluence a plus
