Director Relationship Management

The Director Relationship Management is responsible for oversight of client performance including metrics, forecasting and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The Director Relationship Management will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate relationship ladder between the partner and LenderLive. In this role, the Director Relationship Management will be expected to travel to partners as required (30% travel requirement). The Director Relationship Management will jointly work with the Client Service Manager as a member of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) group that provides dedicated and focused launch support to ensure a smooth transition of clients from implementation to launch and post-launch. The Director Relationship Management is accountable for overall client satisfaction and acts as main liaison between LenderLive and the partner. Participation and assistance in the coordination of meetings, governance calls and various reporting will be required.

Essential Functions

Provides leadership, coaching and performance to the management assigned to each partner

Responsible for identifying and resolving potential issues during implementation and post-implementation

Facilitate client relations for assigned client(s) and acts as the primary liaison/main point of contact between the client and LenderLive functional departments.

Directly responsible for coordinating and preparing LenderLive team for the quarterly Executive Steering Committee

Accountable to review and discuss with client forecasting, growth projections, performance against revenue goals and application volume

Coordinate with the assigned Client Service Manager on all communication efforts (meetings, on-site visits and policy/procedures)Director Relationship Management

Act as assigned clients internal advocate relating clients strategy, objectives and performance expectations

Foster and promote good will and partnership mentality/culture with client(s).

Review and approve client(s) monthly and semi-monthly invoices to ensure all contractual charges and credits are accurately reflected.

Promote continuous improvement and solidifies strong, long-term partnerships between LenderLive and the client. Demonstrates proactive sales skills by recognizing business expansion opportunities for existing clients.

Partner with LenderLive Sales to effectively propose and implement projects resulting from cross-sale efforts.

Education

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry required. Combination of operations and sales experience preferred

Computer/Internet Aptitude.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Requires a high level of self-motivation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients and the public.
