Desktop Solutions Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Representative position will promote and sell company brand in highly targeted verticals while providing customer service to existing and potential clients. As a representative of our company, this individual will engage clients and sales team to partner while providing clients with service as outlined in the department's policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming client order status and product knowledge requests

Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures

Handles escalated customer service issues

Assists sales in keeping the category of clients up to date and accurate as well as defines the application of all clients and records accurately in Salesforce.com

Partners with sales to meet and exceed client service expectations

Makes cold calls to sell and promotes company products and services

Generates new accounts and up sells current accounts

Achieves all sales quotas and goals

Provides customer service support while meeting deadlines

Tracks re-order frequency and proactive campaigns

Manages the phone queues, and insures coverage

Performs other related duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma

AA Degree preferred

Experience

2+ years of sales experience preferred

2+ years of customer service experience preferred

Print mail shop or mailroom experience with Pitney Bowes, Hasler, Neopost, etc. preferred

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong phone presentation with ability to effectively deliver information and respond to questions from client groups

Ability to negotiate sales

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, etc.
