The Business Solutions Analyst will work with external and internal customers, Forms Development team, IT department and Client Relation group to gather, document and recommend user requirements and specifications for existing and new forms applications. The Business Solutions Analyst will coordinate and report on Forms related projects/tasks and assist the Forms Solutions management team in scoping Project Change Requests (PCRs) and Document Change Requests (DCRs).

Essential Functions

Perform requirements gathering and documentation with clients, internal users, and third party vendors for forms and Document development, enhancements, and process improvements.

Develop and clearly document functional business specifications for new projects.

Work with external and internal clients to identify solutions that will enable new business opportunities. Quantify the Forms Development, IT and Compliance resources needed to implement these new business solutions.

Develop and publish level of effort estimates and project target delivery dates for all PCRs and DCRs.

Coordinate project resources to ensure development, testing, training and deployment of new forms projects are released according to defined business requirements and timeline expectations.

Provide level three support on new features and work with Forms and IT development staff as necessary to resolve issues.

Assist the Forms Solutions management team to devise and/or modify procedures to solve business problems or processes, process reviews, and gap analysis.

Maintain and publish status reports that accurately reflect the current and future state of Form Solutions PCRs and DCRs.
This position involves heavy business analysts - both technical and process-oriented

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience


Three (3) or more years experience performing business analysis.

Experience as a business analyst or forms analyst, operations analyst in the mortgage industry, specifically in the areas of forms generation, production operations product/program eligibility and pricing.

Experience writing functional requirements and specifications for forms development projects.

Knowledge ofExStream Forms Generation platform.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to research, define and analyze business problems.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work with external clients and internal users to develop detailed, clearly written functional specifications for forms development and for enhancement of existing templates.

Ability to work and communicate effectively with Client Relation, Compliance, IT and Operations personnel.

Knowledge of forms development and maintenance methodologies.

Proficient with ExStream, Windows Operating

Working Conditions

Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients and the public.
