The End User Hardware (EUHW) Lifecycle team is responsible for completing the asset lifecycle for end user hardware devices, the Leidos team will deliver the services to ensure the end user devices are ready to enter the disposition phase and return them to the property owner.

Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Lifecycle Logistics Coordinator to support the end-of-life cycle activities of end user devices as one of the key members of the EUHW Lifecycle team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

This position is contingent upon contract award to Leidos.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, validate, and process hundreds of seat orders from various places in the USA.
  • Process and prepare shipments to the designated destination from internal stakeholder
  • Coordinate with transportation vendor to process shipments
  • Hold transportation vendor accountable for proper shipping and handling techniques, submit claims to recoup any costs associated with the mishandling of equipment.
  • Maintains detailed records of all assets as well as step-by-step milestones of the transportation process.
  • Ensures that transportation SLRs are being met on a monthly basis and performs quarterly reviews on performance of transportation vendor.
  • Troubleshoots missing or damaged shipments
  • Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding order status

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • BA degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience. Will accept a high school diploma and 8-12 years of prior related work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must demonstrate expertise in transportation management
  • Must demonstrate expertise in working with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated/ self-directing
  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels (SME to Senior Management)
  • Experience working in fast paced and schedule driven environments

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
