Tech Recruiter, Contract

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Management team! Getting the right talent is what we do here - and we have an amazing time while doing it. If you are a master juggler of requisitions, a skilled closer, and enjoy building rapport with hiring managers - we want to talk.

What you'll do:

  • Drive hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical talent
  • Work on a variety of technical roles cross-functionally
  • Drive offer process, including generating/extending offers and closing candidates
  • Manage entire interviewing process (post jobs, source candidates, screen/interview candidates, process pre-employment paperwork)
  • Interface and strengthen relationships with hiring managers to ensure employment needs are met in a timely fashion
  • Provide sound recommendations to hiring managers to ensure quality selection
  • Maintain/improve LegalZoom's candidate experience


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of technical roles
  • Someone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly identify and execute on priorities
  • Ability to close requisitions within reasonable time-to-fill metrics
  • Attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the big picture
  • Work well independently and in team environments
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
