As part of our Leesa Dream Gallery Retail Team at our flagship retail store located in SoHo, you will help establish and maintain the path for Leesa’s offline footprint and in-store experience.  You will represent the Leesa brand by providing best-in-class support to all our customers and set the highest bar for customer service.  We view retail as an experience and are looking for team members eager to be a part of both retail and marketing endeavors with a passion for giving back.  



  • Represent our brand, who we are, what we stand for, and our core values as a company in order to translate our mission and philosophy to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest who visits the Leesa Dream Gallery, and exceed sales goals and metrics through our customer journey experience
  • Delight customers with 5-star quality and correspondence that over delivers on expectations
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise as well as stay current on industry trends
  • Oversee daily store duties and procedures, including opening and closing duties, maintaining a safe and clean atmosphere, and maintaining accurate inventory and sales reporting
  • Engage in customer online support, process returns, and manage support tickets
  • Assist with in-store marketing events and promotional opportunities



  • Must work minimum 3 shifts a week, with at least one day being a weekend
  • Must be available to work weekends during peak times such as holidays, promotions, etc.
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for people
  • Comfortable working with all types of customer personalities and excited to engage with them
  • Maintains composure under pressure
  • Expert communicator across multiple communication channels to include phone, written and chat environments
  • Positive attitude and feels there is no task too small
  • Self-starter; entrepreneurial disposition – sense of humor a plus!
  • Eager to be at the frontline of a fast-paced and growing company
