Product Marketing Associate - LAM

The Central Marketing Services department is currently seeking a Product Marketing Associate. This individual will work closely between investment and marketing professionals to support efforts in positioning products with firm's clients and prospects.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create new and update non-routine marketing materials (eg, presentations, client reports) as needed; Complete ad-hoc marketing projects as needed/appropriate
Enforce superior quality control to ensure the accuracy of all content as well as consistency with firm style and brand.
Copy-edit and fact check product support collateral.
Understand and manage approval workflows to ensure all materials are legal and compliance approved for external distribution
Develop a deep understanding of Lazard's products, as assigned
Develop highly collaborative relationships with all areas of the organization; Collaborate with marketing team members and Client Portfolio Managers to develop creative ideas to convey key messages and position products with various audiences.
Excellent organizational and time- and project-management skills; ability to keep oneself on track in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Analytical, proactive problem solver able not only to identify areas for improvement but also to address them
Strong grasp of investment concepts, products and the asset management industry
Keen attention to detail and an eye for quality
Focus on teamwork and collaboration; Proven success in establishing and nurturing relationships with investment and sales professionals
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required; including creation of presentations and graphs
Experience with strategic project management and technology implementations preferred (eg, Workfront); Experience with Seismic and Salesforce CRM desired
Strong communication and presentation skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in a product marketing or similar role within asset management
