TheGlobal IT Management team is responsible for business management and governanceacross the global technology organization of Lazard supporting allbusinesses. The IT Business Analyst roleon this team is part of the Business Management Office and is responsible fordirectly managing and coordinating all project updates for executive managementreporting, supporting a variety of team initiatives, analyzing operationalneeds, gathering requirements and developing action plans to accomplish thespecific goals of the team. The roleinvolves working closely with IT division heads on PMO and governanceactivities and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing,tracking, analyzing and all-around supporting Project Managers in a global ITenvironment
• Preparationof project status reporting and senior management presentations
• RiskManagement tracking and reporting (e.g., Vendor Assessment program)
• Assistingin the planning and coordination of Global Business Continuity and DisasterRecovery activities
• Interfacingwith Internal Audit on technology initiatives
• Assistingin financial analysis as part of the monthly budget reporting cycle

• 5+years in the IT organization of an Asset Management or Investment Bankingfinancial services firm
• 3+years as a business analyst
• Experienceworking in a PMO or similar project coordination experience (must understandthe life cycle of a technology project)
• Experienceworking with end-users and technology staff developing requirements for systemdesign and implementation
• BCPor DR experience would be a plus
• AdvancedMS Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL and the ability to modify querieswould be a plus
• Excellentcommunication skills - articulate, personable, good listener - and excellentwriting skills
• Theability to manage multiple, unrelated, initiatives at the same time and behighly detail oriented
