We are seeking a Site Start Up, Clinical Trial Assistant who assists the Site Start Up (SSU) team to deliver the clinical trial start up activities within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in authoring/contributing to clinical trial start up documents and trial related plans developed by CROs and vendors.
  • Assists the SSU team with reporting, meeting minutes, presentation slides, and document tracking and filing.
  • Manages the documenting of study related issues and escalations, and communicates as appropriate with SSU Manager/SB&C Manager
  • Maintains knowledge and acts as team super user or subject matter expert for related systems and processes.
  • Maintains up to date training record attending internal/external training(s) as necessary.
  • Participates in inter-departmental workgroups to create or enhance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0 - 1 year experience in similar/relevant field (eg. Sponsor, CRO, Clinical Trial Vendor, Clinical Coordinator, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks according to deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership and manage tasks as well as communicate effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with others to drive deliverables forward
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Pay Range: $24.00/hour - $33.65/hour

Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Company bonus where applicable.
