Regional Manager, Business Development - Nashville, TN

Territory includes: Nashville and surrounding metro areas (Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville)
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership and management of sales team and the attainment of a regional revenue budget
- Management of new sales growth targets and test initiatives while working in the field a minimum of 3.5 days per week
- Responsible for driving incremental, year over year growth in Nashville and the surrounding metro areas and via individuals on team
- Responsible for building high performance teams (able to identify and develop talent/high potentials, inspire and motivate teams, focus team on top priorities)
- Responsible for knocking down barriers for the team to assist in their success
- Building trust and relationships effectively and across all levels, departments, and with customers
Requirements
License/Certification/Education:
- Normally B.S. Degree required w/5-7 years of experience.
- Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated effective leadership
- Healthcare / Laboratory industry experience
- Sales experience (proven track record)
