About the Team:

The laboratory resource planning team is in charge of developing tools and forecasts to support and enhance the production in the laboratory.

Internship Assignment Summary:

The intern's main mission is to support the implementation of Copilot Chat within the laboratory.

• Collaborate with the technical laboratory experts to identify activities that could be fastened with copilot
• Predefine writing scripts that will enable a smooth usage of the tool
• Develop library to allow the global lab organization to use the same script and obtain consistent results
• Develop training material for the staff to use the library
• Participation to other projects to support the lab like assisting to develop forecasting tools for some lab testing

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
• Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English.
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools
• Basic scripting languages knowledge such as Python is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
• Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
