About the Team:

The Marketing Diagnostics team at Labcorp drives strategic initiatives to promote Labcorp's diagnostic testing solutions across therapeutic areas. The team focuses on campaign development, digital optimization, and customer engagement to expand access to diagnostics that improve patient outcomes.

Internship Assignment Summary:

Role Overview

The Digital Experience & Support Systems Intern will play a key role in evaluating how Labcorp's digital platforms - such as provider portals, helpdesk systems, and support communications - contribute to the onboarding and ongoing engagement of healthcare providers (HCPs). This role focuses on assessing the usability, responsiveness, and integration of digital touchpoints that shape the provider experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit digital onboarding touchpoints (portal, helpdesk, email, etc.) for usability and responsiveness.
• Evaluate user flows and accessibility of online resources.
• Review system interactions and integration across onboarding platforms.
• Analyze feedback from support channels to identify recurring onboarding issues.
• Benchmark Labcorp's digital experience against best-in-class healthcare and non-healthcare examples.

Key Deliverables

• Digital platform evaluation report with usability findings.
• Experience dashboard summarizing key friction areas.
• Integration map showing system touchpoints and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritized digital experience improvement plan.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Pursuing MBA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to user needs and system design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
