• Routine management with 3PL vendors to ensure inventory accuracy in in SAP and WMS
• Control of On Holds products alongside the 3PLs
• Control of products write-offs and excise tax credit submission
• Monitor of in-transit inventory
• Support to the company's VPO and LCP excellence programs
• Invoicing control of 3PL vendors,
• KPI management with the 3PL vendors
• Lead or support in area related projects
• Reporting and presenting results and initiatives to local sites or national audience related to the position scope

• Education: Business degree or post-secondary equivalent (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering)
• Experience: order management, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement in FMCG and/or 3PL companies
• Order management practices, inventory management practices, process improvement flow.
• Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Use of SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc. Experience with Power BI and EDI process is desirable.
