Executive Director, Events

L2 is seeking an event professional with (5+ years) previous experience programming and producing agendas for thought leadership conferences targeting C-suite and senior level executives responsible for digital execution and strategy for Fortune 500 companies.

The Events Program Executive is responsible for the management of program development and speaker management for half and full day events. Duties include creating program agendas, liaising with high-profile speakers and managing their deliverables, as well as coordination with other L2 departments including L2 leadership, research, marketing and business development and overall project timelines.


  • Event programming/curation of L2 Clinics and Digital Leadership Academy’s
  • Event speaker management including securing deliverables for event collateral and coordinating speaker
  • Owning event promotion and collaborating with design and marketing teams
  • Scheduling of events
  • Collaboration with the business development team on event themes and inclusion of industry partners
  • On site event management including production of the event with AV team
  • Working with PR on external speaking engagements for L2 leadership 



  • 5+ years of experience programming and producing conferences for C-Suite
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organized
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker ability to prioritize projects a must
  • Knowledge and experience with Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas & goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, growing environment with minimal oversight
  • Innate drive to succeed and willingness to take action in order to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree
