Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Intesa SpA (a Kyndryl Company) as part of its growth and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a Product Specialist to be included in the Delivery area.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in the gathering of functional requirements during the pre-design phase, to be transformed into technical requirements and architectural design of the solution, in order to be proposed and discussed with the customer and evaluated by the internal development group.
  • In the design phase he/she will act as a direct interface with the customer and the internal development group, with whom he/she will discuss technical issues by checking that the implementations are proceeding in the agreed direction, managing any requests for changes to the previously defined requirements and in the testing phase he/she will be the focal point for the management of problems.
  • Participation in the project SoW either internally, or with the customer and with the supplier to expose the progress of the work and the addressing of any technical issues.
  • Management of third-party suppliers involved in the assigned projects.
  • Planning team tasks according to the assigned priorities.
  • Overseeing deadline adherence and team performance.
  • Managing the team to ensure effective supervision of the services offered.
  • Identification and proposal of areas of technical and organizational improvement

Who You Are

  • At least 3 years of experience in a role or similar positions
  • Technical expertise enabling to communicate seamlessly with the company specialist areas
  • Ability to relate to a wide range of technical and business and management figures
  • Excellent skills in organization, planning and management of activities even in the case of undefined project deadlines
  • Good knowledge of the English language, ability to hold both written and oral conversations in English
  • Availability for short periods of travel to oversee the work on the customer premises in strategic design phases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good leadership skills and predisposition to team working
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum
