Position Summary

Manage the overall coordination of digital experience, including timelines, creative components, and testing to ensure successful implementation. Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Technology and Digital to deliver our Enterprise sales goals across the digital channels. Essential Job Functions

  • Working across multiple teams, manage the end to end process for bringing Enterprise campaigns, initiatives and pilots to life within the digital experienc
  • Manage the cross-functional workflow with Marketing, Creative, and Digital departments to ensure team is aware of key dates, milestones and communicate any issues with management
  • Ensure all experiences are set up with proper data tracking for easy data review
  • Partner with departmental and product management teams to evaluate requirements and determine the best solutions for site experience initiatives
  • Partner with the User Experience (UX), Creative, and Development teams to ensure they are maintaining the integrity of the customer experience digital strategy
  • Ensure project goals are defined and monitored to keep initiatives on track
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all site experience requests
  • Write simple creative briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with digital site experience team
  • Review design requests for cohesion and logic and gather requirements and assets
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Work with appropriate teams to define success metrics and recap campaign performance; share reporting results with all stakeholders

    Minimum Position Qualifications
  • 3+ years of digital experience with at least 2 years focused on ecommerce
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate others while maintaining and building positive business relationships and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual work styles
  • Strong project leadership, prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members, and suppliers
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing, user experience and ecommerce best practices


  • Desired Previous Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or a related area
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience with a large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
  • Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience
