Position Summary

Create, improve and maintain content to achieve business goals. Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented, as well as an expert in content optimization and brand consistency. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead digital content creation from initial idea development and coordinate content production
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies for the creation and execution of enterprise content strategy and promotional/digital campaigns
  • Support content creation through data driven decisions, SEO best practices and the voice of the customer at the center
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Audit digital content across browsers, operating systems and devices
  • Write simple briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with Marketing and Site Experience manager(s)
  • Manage all timetables to ensure consistent on-time results
  • Maintain ability to stay current; research and retain knowledge of digital, advertising and marketing industry trends
  • Be a creative thinker and problem solver with skill in collaboration and idea generation
  • Travel to local campuses, such as the Landings, and to attend company meetings
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital experience and content best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
  • Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
