Position Summary:
Collaborate with the Supplier Management (SM) manager to support the execution of the following activities: supplier onboarding and integration, supplier capability development, supplier database management, and supplier scorecard management. Essential Job Functions:

  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Help the category management teams to identify potential suppliers
  • Onboard and integrate selected suppliers with organization, processes and business policies
  • Work with suppliers to develop their capability and innovation
  • Collaborate on creative solutions, such as performance scorecard and detailed cost modelling, to improve supplier performance
  • Conduct supplier training and sharing of best practices (workshops, webinars, conferences)
  • Administer SRM content sharing (news/events, manuals, training guides, FAQs, schedules, etc.)
  • Evaluate supplier scorecard and performance, identify improvement areas and share opportunities with category management team
  • Supplier Financing
  • Support the SRM Manager and supplier finance team in the financial evaluation of the suppliers
  • Supplier Database Management
  • Manage the supplier database, on-board suppliers and monitor compliance to requirements
  • Work with the suppliers to guarantee their compliance and validate the documentation uploaded
  • Work with the SRM Manager to maintain the supplier master data and portal
  • Supplier Risk Management
  • Support the SRM Manager in the supplier risk profile evaluation
  • Develop playbook and tools to identify and proactively address supplier risks
  • Additional Support
  • Support other initiatives in the company that may affect organization's performance and operations
  • Support talent development framework and proven experience in creating/maintaining training curriculum

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG or similar
  • Ability to become a key point of contact for the team, speak to internal clients on a regular basis, develop and maintain long term relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively share insights and seek to understand how to continue to bring value to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify, quantify and effectively communicate business risks
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities and/or raise business risks
  • Ability to monitor compliance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)
  • Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations
Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:
  • CPM/CPSM, CSCP or equivalent certification
  • 1-year professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail
