The Role

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Marketing and Data Analytics Administrator is responsible for providing sales support to business development colleagues within Hay Group. There are five core functions that comprise this role: client deliverables, local marketing, tools and research, contract management, and sales administration.

Key Accountabilities

Client Deliverables•Manage complex solutions and locate information to fit into proposals, leading process and directing others•Project manage locally created proposals, presentations, and RFPs•Coordinate with proposal team to gather standard content, references, graphics, etc.•Assist with creating, assembling, editing, proofing, and reviewing formatting for proposals, presentations, and other client-facing sales documentsMarketing•Health Care Survey marketing and management:a. Annual marketing and expansion planning for the HC survey—conduct the marketing campaign annually to sustain a class-leading survey in the US health care market b. Mapping and managing the survey process, in collaboration with GPS—represent the consultants and clients in developing survey improvements c. Supporting the marketing and sales efforts to increase survey participation d. Assisting in the “data cleaning” aspects of submitted survey questionnaires e. Coordinating and managing special information sharing, publications, promotions and “hot topics” surveys for the industry f. Managing content submission to the Healthcare Reference Database •Provide input for territory marketing plans•Coordinate and manage the execution of local marketing activities, such as onsite events, webinars, and e-mail campaigns•Partner with marketing team to execute event invitations, attendance, etc.Tools & Research•Data Analytics/Research and development in trends and best practices: a. Developing client profiles, case studies, market snapshots and coordinate more in-depth publications research b. Plan, coordinate, conduct and oversee healthcare-related research projects in Engagement, Physician Alignment, M&A and Rewards & Benefits c. Planning, organizing and managing major data analytics projects and product development related to KF Health business expansion (e.g. Truven Health, Pay and Performance modeler, workforce analytics, etc.)•Provide research information on clients and prospect organizations, including organizational structure, key executives, latest news, strategies, and financial health•Partner with sales team members on data reporting from customer relationship management (CRM) system, including forecast and pipeline reports•Provide expertise and support for Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) in the creation of client deliverablesContracts Management•Access relevant contract templates and create initial contract draft•Work jointly with the sales team to complete contract content including gathering additional details, facilitating reviews, and proofingSales Administration•Support client-facing and internal sales meetings, including scheduling, prepping, materials production, etc.•Act as first point of contact and back-up for sales team•Track and order supply of books and marketing materials•Other duties as assignedBroad Support•Partner with SC’s on larger Proposals and Presentations if the solution is complex and/or there is a time restriction•Has a strong understanding of the Korn Ferry products and solutions and is able to navigate cross-functionally to build new documents to support business development growth•Thinks and acts more broadly to improve process for across all sales•Strong editing eye; knows the Korn Ferry brand and how to elevate the brand effectively on client-facing documents •Helps onboard new sales coordinators in first 100 days on the job

Skills & Experience
